Newt Global assessed and completed the migration of the Oracle database and its associated schema and application to the Azure cloud.
Evaluation of current databases, production infrastructure, H/W, and S/W upgrade management practices, release cycle, security, backup/recovery, HA, and DA. Newt Global provided TCO and ROI assessments for On-Prem Oracle to Oracle Azure IaaS. Application migration to run with Oracle, and PostgreSQL on Azure. To assess Oracle to PostgreSQL schemas, DMAP was used. ETL Processes, batch/job scheduling, and application code were evaluated.
