Sriram leverages leadership and functional abilities and expertise to drive success. Sriram has 20+ years of experience working in the Contact Center Industry, having worked with Utility Services, BFSI, Telecom majors. He has been an integral part of the Delivery team involved in design, development, and implementation of IVRS, Contact Center automation solutions and delivered success stories with every customer. Sriram has got global exposure by working with clients like Citibank  N. A. (Australia), Liberty Global (UK), British Telecom (UK), OCBC Bank (Malaysia), PSEG (US), HDFC (India), Etisalat(U.A.E), Bharti Airtel (India), TTSL (India).

Sriram has 12+ years of experience in project delivery and program management. Prior to joining Newt Global, Sriram was with Servion Global Solution Ltd. in various leadership role handling large programs such as Liberty Global FC3 Migration program as Program & Delivery Manager, Accenture (India) Consolidated Contact Center Integration Program as Program/  Account Manager, Bharti Airtel Hosted Contact Center Business venture as Operations Lead/ Account Head.

Sriram has been managing multicultural teams, vendor, location deliveries of team size of 50+; practicing 1. project and program management and governance; 2. software development methodologies such as waterfall, Iterative, Agile; 3. having rich and good exposure in CMMi 3.
