He is a pioneer in building growth from zero base for progressive organizations by transition of process and technology well integrated with the stakeholders. He has helped organizations intercept domain expertise ,functional areas along with technology interception for Banking, Financial services, Manufacturing, CPG ,Retail and Healthcare customers. Some of his pioneering projects include Ecommerce adoption in late 90’s ,EMR migration helping hospitals prepare for Accountable care in 2012-2015, Cloud adoption in sensitive industries where data privacy was a concern.
One of the challenges facing technology talent pool was building interest among the young. Through many programs including a 501C3 organizations he co-created a STEM alliance program to build technology interest amongst high school students .This led to an adoption of similar programs by many State Government within United States eventually leading to higher supply of technical talent in those States.
